Help! First Aid Training is your local provider for both workplace and non-workplace first aid courses. We are an approved Highfield (HABC) centre. All of our courses can be delivered independently or HABC accredited, are delivered to a high standard and offer competitive prices.

Our instructors draw from many years of practical experience, which includes dealing with emergencies both in and out of a work based environment. Our Training Manager, Dave Thompson, has been involved in pre hospital care and has been delivering first aid training throughout the North East of England for many years.

Our courses are delivered in a relaxed atmosphere, with an element of fun, in the comfortable surroundings of modern training facilities in the Shildon Business Centre, County Durham.

We believe that our students learn better from a practical hands-on approach to training. We avoid old teaching methods of lecturing students with reams of theory. We guide and offer all the support they need from our highly experienced training team throughout the course to ensure our students enjoy the course to its fullest. All students leave the course confident that they can deal with first aid emergencies when they arise.
